How are the Nibbling products packed?
Our Teething necklaces are packaged in an organic pouch with a care instruction card.
Bola and Amber teething necklaces are packaged in a unique Nibbling branded box with care instructions.
All other products are packaged in a Nibbling branded box or pouch which makes them perfect for gifts.
Bibs soothers either come in Kraft pouches if they are singles or the pack of 4 sets or the twin pack packaging from Bibs, all packaging includes care instructions for our retail customers.
For our wholesale customers, Bibs single soothers come on their own however the kraft pouches can be purchased seperately.
What are the shipping options?
We aim to dispatch orders with in 48 hours, after which you will receive a confirmation email.

UK £6.95 DPD 2 day delivery
Orders over £50 shipped by Courier.
Please Note Personalised Orders have a 14 day lead time excluding the shipping time.
New Brexit Rules: export outside of the UK is subject to Duty and VAT. We ship all non-uk orders on a DAP basis where the end customer covers the cost of all charges. Exact duty amount varies between countries.
UK Orders: our products are sent either Royal Mail or DPD depending on the option selected at checkout.
European Union Orders: our products are sent via Standard Delivery (10-15 days).
All our orders are posted with Royal Mail.

Do you accept returns?
We can only accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging. Single Dummies and 4 Packs of dummies NOT in original BIBS packaging cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Nibbling do not cover the cost of returns shipping.
Our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to refund the full amount to the original card details, or exchange it for another design.
Our returns policy is of 30 days from day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange: To process an exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, please quote your order number and let us know what item you would like to process for an exchange. Place the unused item in its original packaging and post it to Nibbling, The Barn, Upper Brockington, Bredenbury, Bromyard, Herefordshire, HR7 4TH
As soon as we receive it we will send you the exchange item you have selected.
Refund: To process a refund please email us at email@example.com; quote your purchase order number and let us know the reason for returning the item – we appreciate your feedback. We will send you a Refund Form to fill in to include in your refund package. Place the unused item in its original packaging and post it to us at Nibbling, The Barn, Upper Brockington, Bredenbury, Bromyard, Herefordshire, HR7 4TH. As soon as we receive it we will notify you and refund you for the total purchase amount.
– Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Note that we are unable to reimburse the cost of the returns postage.
– Please note that we can only exchange or refund items that have been bought directly from the Nibbling website.
Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 7 days to cancel your order (as set out in Distance Selling Regulations). To cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the above returns policy.
Is VAT included?
UK VAT is included in the purchase price as listed on our website. If you purchase one of our Nibbling jewellery pieces at another retailer, VAT may or may not be included in their purchase price
